The adventure began way back in 1991, with the passing of another year, 2026 sees still more experience in the tree services industry.

I was born in NZ where I did an electrical apprenticeship. After I gained two trade certificates I emigrated to Australia in 1989.
Intent on self employment I bought, owned and operated a tree lopping business in Brisbane for 11 years from 1991 until 2002.
I moved to Sydney and worked in the tree services industry here. As a result, I became qualified, gained experience in EWP, crane work, and a multitude of climbing and cutting techniques. I also worked in multiple universities, on Ausgrid, RMS and many council sites. This all resulted in a wealth of knowledge.
I had been living in Sutherland Shire for a while and settled in Engadine. I started Sydney Tree Works in 2011 with my partner Jane and our tree services business has grown accordingly from there.
Sydney Tree Works is a family owned business and an Australian Pty Company Ltd. We have a safe and up-beat working environment. Our qualified staff use best in class equipment. This contributes to being efficient and cost effective.
Our tree services routinely out perform our competition in quality of service and on price.
We have a diverse clientele! For instance, we provide a range of tree services to the general public, domestic, commercial and real estate.
On the other hand we also work on a few different local council and state government contracts.
As much as I enjoy tree work, my family and friends, my three sons, my daughter and Jane are the joy in my life.
