Service Bookings.

Short Notice Cancellation or Postponement Incurs a Cancellation Fee.

[expander_maker id=”2″ more=”Read more” less=”Read less”]

Cancellations and postponement of jobs is sometimes unavoidable. We absorb expenses due to bad weather, equipment failure etc.

It often costs us when a client cancels or postpones a job, particularly when this happens at short notice.

It is sometimes not possible for us to fill gaps created by short notice cancellations or postponements.

Sydney Tree Works is also subject to predefined Terms and Conditions in regards our staff.

Obligations to pay our staff and contractors, once they are scheduled, whether they work or not is NSW legislation. We have overheads and expenses regardless of our work schedules. Our equipment, advertising, insurances and many other overheads and expenses aren’t removed or waived if a job isn’t done. These things are only covered when we perform a service.

In order to maintain prices as low as possible we charge a fee for short notice cancellation/postponement to cover our costs.

We define short notice as; less than 24 hours.

It is measured from the time of your cancellation/postponement notification, to 7 am the day your job was scheduled for.

Short notice cancellation/postponement incurs a fee of up to 45% of the total quoted amount.[/expander_maker]

Job cancellation or postponement, deposits and fees can be waived or reduced at the company’s discretion. Keeping it fair.
